My Name

I was born in New York City and given the name Elias Hudson Husiak by my parents Carole and John. Family and friends often call me Eli (or even E, Eechi, ichiban...), so the choice is yours! My dad wanted me to use the name "E. Hudson Husiak" as a professional name... but I had to disagree.

As cheesy as it sounds, performing has been a part of my life ever since I could remember. Once I started forcing my siblings to put on choreographed productions of “Its Raining Men” and Britney Spears… my parents knew that I was… an actor (amongst other things lol). I was born and raised in the heart of Manhattan, right above Alphabet City in Stuyvesant Town. I started my formal training at LaGuardia High School of Music & Art as a Vocal Performance Major. I then continued my studies at Ithaca College completing a BFA in Musical Theatre. And finally arrived at the Neighborhood Playhouse Conservatory of Theatre, completing a 2 Year Certificate studying the Meisner Technique. I’ve payed my dues in the educational world and am now ready to WORK.

I am currently seeking representation so if thats what you’re here for... click here NOW... JK no rush...But c’mon. Give it a click

Off the stage...

Yes. Believe it or not, I DO have a little bit of life outside of theatre. I was born and raised in NYC on the very spooky day of October 13th (I'm a very classic Libra apparently). I have older two siblings: Kat Husiak, a marine biologist based in Seattle and Emily Greco, a social worker based in New Jersey. My parents, Carole and John, met on a blind date in the early 90s. They now own a children's boutique on 1st Ave btwn 19th and 20th called Ibiza Kidz. That's where I developed some insane gift wrapping skills, if I do say so myself. (video below).

I currently bartend at the Stickett Inn at the East Village. Come say hi and enjoy a drink on me (agents, managers, and CDs only)
